To clear up any confusion: THIS IS A LYRIC VIDEO. It wasn’t intended to be
a “proper” BLR video. People kept requesting a lyric video for the
full-length version of the song, and rather than simply throwing the words
up on a black background while the song played, I tried to make it a little
more interesting by incorporating extra footage from the show. It’s just an
elaborate lyric video, constructed after the song was already recorded and
released. We’ll be back to normal BLR action very soon.
Putting the final touches on Part Two of The Walking Dead Season Four
video, but I’ve had a lot of requests for a full-version of “Carl Poppa”
with lyrics, so I figured I’d go ahead and put it up. Back with Part Two

Am I missing something, or was this just terrible? As far as I can tell it
is a rap from Carl’s perspective, but has almost nothing to do with the
character or the show with the exception of like three lines. Also beyond
that, the rapping was bad, and the lyrics sounded like Nicki Minaj and
Jaden Smith decided to write a song (To be clear on that previous line, I
believe that combination is like combining two horrible things to make
something even worse).
Did people like the music? The idea that Carl was rapping? Do they find it
funny how bad it was? The like one show-related joke? Why do people like
this?
